2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DELIVERY All products listed are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped. Upon purchase, you will receive an immediate link to download your PDF files.

3. LICENSE & COPYRIGHT (IMPORTANT) When you buy a printable game from us, you are purchasing a personal use license, not the ownership of the design or content.

YOU MAY: Print the files as many times as you like for your own personal use (parties, family gatherings, classroom).

YOU MAY NOT: Share, resell, redistribute, or upload the PDF files to public websites. You may not sell the printed cards as a physical product.

All designs, text, and layouts remain the intellectual property of Mb Kovilas.

4. REFUND POLICY Due to the digital nature of our products (instant access), all sales are final and non-refundable. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you have any issues with the file (e.g., corruption, download errors), please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you as soon as possible.

5. DISCLAIMER REGARDING THIRD-PARTY LINKS Our games may include links to third-party platforms (e.g., Spotify, YouTube) for music playlists. We do not own the music or the platforms. We are not responsible for ads, removed songs, or technical issues on these third-party sites. You may add other versions based on your liking and preferences.

6. PRINTING Quality of the final print depends on the printer and paper used. We are not responsible for color variations between your monitor and the actual print.

2. SKAITMENINIAI PRODUKTAI Visi parduodami produktai yra skaitmeniniai failai (PDF). Jokie fiziniai daiktai jums nebus siunčiami paštu. Iškart po apmokėjimo gausite nuorodą failų atsisiuntimui.

3. AUTORINĖS TEISĖS IR LICENCIJA (SVARBU) Įsigydami žaidimą, jūs perkate licenciją asmeniniam naudojimui, o ne nuosavybės teises į dizainą.

JŪS GALITE: Spausdinti failus neribotą kiekį kartų savo asmeninėms šventėms, namų naudojimui ar klasės veiklai.

JŪS NEGALITE: Persiųsti failo draugams, dalintis juo viešai internete, perparduoti skaitmeninį failą ar pardavinėti atspausdintas korteles kaip prekę.

Visi dizainai ir tekstai yra intelektinė MB Kovilas nuosavybė.

4. GRĄŽINIMO POLITIKA Dėl skaitmeninės prekių prigimties (failai gaunami iškart), pinigai už įsigytas prekes nėra grąžinami. Pirkdami jūs atsisakote 14 dienų sutarties atsisakymo teisės, taikomos fizinėms prekėms. Jei turite techninių problemų su failu, susisiekite su mumis [email protected] ir mes padėsime jas išspręsti kupo greičiau.

5. ATSAKOMYBĖ DĖL TREČIŲJŲ ŠALIŲ Mūsų žaidimuose gali būti nuorodų į trečiųjų šalių platformas (pvz., „Spotify“, „YouTube“). Mes nesame atsakingi už šių platformų turinį, reklamas ar pašalintas dainas. Galite jas pakeisti kitomis turinio versijomis.
